This Q&A Panel-style session hosted by Chapter President, Megan Mickey, CPSM will break down how your submittal may be lacking luster and what you can do to set your firm's response apart. We will wrap up this session with a quick pipeline update of future projects in the works.

Paula Dodge-Kwan
, City of Albuquerque

Paula is the Engineering Division Manager for the City of Albuquerque. Her division is responsible for the planning, selection, and management of civil design projects in the public rights of way of the City of Albuquerque. She has spent 21 years working for local governments in the Metro area. She is a registered professional engineer and a graduate of the University of New Mexico.



Annie Baca
, Bernalillo County

Annie is the Purchasing Manager for the Bernalillo County Procurement and Business Services Department.  She has provided procurement services for Bernalillo County for over 25 years that include procurement of tangible personal property, services and construction for County Departments, including management and oversight of all procurements utilizing local, state and federal funds.  She is certified through the New Mexico Public Procurement Association and the Design-Build Institute of America.
