July 15, 2020
12:00 PM MDT - 1:30 PM MDT

Shifting to remote meetings and interviews has brought on a new level of prep as a variety of scenarios could happen, especially scenarios we have not encountered yet.

During this training session, you'll get tips and best practices on logistics, practices, and engagement on leading remote interview sessions. You will receive real and relevant information on how to lead, prompt, and coach your team when you can't be physically in the room.

Just because the "room" is different, it does not mean the message and engagement has changed. Join us for interactive remote training so you can help your team show up prepared, professional, and personable at their next interview - remotely or in-person.

Learning Objectives

  • Practical tips for the logistics of remote interviews and meetings
  • New insights on the roles of the presentation leader/trainer
  • Techniques to engage the team members during practices
  • Skills to keep the team's interview focused on key messages and engaging the client
