Corporate Support Administrator – Albuquerque

JB Henderson is currently seeking a Corporate Support Administrator. The Corporate Support Administrator is responsible for the administrative duties of day-to-day marketing support (primary) and human resource (secondary) operations.

Assist Corporate Support Manager to maintain company marketing pieces include company website, statement of qualifications, employee newsletter, marketing database, construction project archives, employee resume database, pre-qualifications requests and other information as required for company marketing efforts. Support production of technical proposals including development of production schedule, coordination with technical staff for specified deliverables, proposal layout, edits, and overall production through final delivery. Support business development tracking through maintenance of prospect database, potential client research, appointment scheduling, preparation of agenda items for internal business development meetings.

Assist Human Resources to include: handles employment application intake and new hire paperwork processing; performs HRIS data entry and personnel file maintenance; assists employees and supervisors with basic interpretation of HR policies and procedures; assists with new-employee orientations; maintains confidential personnel files and personnel actions; prepares job postings; responds to reference checks and verifications of employment status; assists the manager with HR projects; assists with benefits administration.
