Marketing /Proposal Coordinator – Albuquerque

Studio Southwest Architects is looking for an individual to fill a full-time position as Marketing/Proposal Coordinator.  The position will involve preparation and coordination of proposal documents and assisting the Marketing/Business Development Director with presentations, website management, creation of marketing brochures, and market research. Additionally, the position will involve working with project managers to manage project paperwork and communication.

The ideal applicant will possess critical thinking skills, the ability to multi-task, and handle a fast paced work flow…all while maintaining an eye for detail.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in the commercial design or architecture industry
  • In lieu of experience a minimum of 2 years of higher education
  • Familiarity with In-Design and the Creative Suite, Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint)
  • Must be a team player that enjoys working with others

  • A minimum of five years of proposal or similar document coordination experience;
